Sri Lankan Arrack is one of the best arracks in the world. That is made out of fermented sap of the flower of the coconuts. In order to create a smooth refreshing blend, the arrack can be mixed with several wine based syrups and with tropical fruits too. Please wake up your inner bartender and try some of these cocktails anytime. It gives a pleasure than just drinking arrack alone.
I can give you main three recipes. Tusker, Island Currency, Aliya and Serendib.
Tusker cocktail
65 millilitre Ceylon Arrack
Lemon Juice 30 milliliters
Caster sugar 2 teaspoons
peach bitters 3 drops
and egg white.
Mix all of the above and shake well and serve in a beautiful wide shaped glass. This is a good top cocktail. Try and enjoy!
Island Currency
Arrack twenty milliliters
40 milliliter bank five island rum
3 pieces of pineapple fruit
Lime juice eighteen milliliters
20 milliliters of smoked paprika syrup.
Aliya
Aliya is a cocktail made with lime and ceylon coconut water.
Cylon Arrack 55 milliliters
90 milliliters of fresh coconut water
A piece of fresh Lime (Lime wedge)
Mis them all and it's a better one. you can replace coconut water with ginger beer too.
Serendib
This is an awesome cocktail with ginger, mango and brown sugar,
fifty five milliliters arrack
1/5 inches ginger(fresh)
one teaspoon of brownsugar
5 mint leaves
55 milliliters of Mango pri
3 mango pieces
Lime juice and Ginger ale
