Baked Potato Slices

 Today we will teach you how to prepare a tasty Potato slices with salt and vinegar. You can easily do this with Vinegar and Potatoes at home. 

Ingredients: 3 Potatoes, 3 Cups of Vinegar, few salts, Few pepper powder

Now I can say how to prepare. First of all, wash the potatoes well and cut them in to small slices. Then, put the potatoes in to a large pot and add some vinegar and mix them well.




Leave it for about 35 minutes. Now you have to use the oven. On the oven and make the temperature in to 175 degrees Celsius. Don't switch off the oven during increasing the temperature. Because the 175 Celsius degree temperature should be maintained very well. 

Now take the oven tray and apply some coconut oil or any other oil inside. Then take the potatoes from vinegar pot. Now add some salt powder and and pepper powder on to the potatoes slices and mix them. 

Now keep the potatoes slices in the tray and insert it to the early tempered oven.  Let them to bake for 30 minutes. That's all. Now you can eat them. But make sure that your tongue will not be burnt. (Joke).

Chicken Spicy Biriyani

 Today we are going to tell you how to make a Awesome Chicken Spicy Biriyani. Biriyani's mother town is Hyderabad in India. You can find the best Biriyani's in the world from Hyderabad shops. First we will discuss about the required ingrediants.

One Kilo of Basmati Rice.
four chicken legs.
tomatoes 600 grammes
Onions 600 grammes
Ginger 3 table spoons
Garlic 2
1 table spoon of chillie powder
Thunapaha 3 table spoons.
Tumeric powder 3 table spoons
Cinnamon piece and Garam masala 1 table spoon
Cloves pieces and cardamom pieces
buffalo milk 1 cup
Vegetable oil
mint leaves
corriander leaves.


Now we can discuss about the steps to follow.

First of all wash the rice and soak it for 15 minutes and release the water. Then, keep a rice pot  or a container on the stove or rice cooker. Then add some vegetable oil and let it heat. Now you can add cloves, cardamom ginger, cinnamon and garlic to that. Now we can add tomatoes, mint leaves, spices and coriander leaves and let it season well and please be kind enough to mix it well. Now you can pour the rice in to it and add milk. add some water and salt and cook the rice for the best taste.
Now you can add the chicken legs or wings on the rice and cook well. Make sure both of them cook together. Finally when the rice is served, please keep the chicken on the rice and make it beautiful using the mint and coriander leaves. Enjoy a delicious meal.
